As a Spark Change
Maker, I deliver specialist and targeted interventions which consist of careers
advice, mentoring, motivation techniques, and one-to-one life coaching for
young people aged 16 to 24. Together with my team, I provide a personalised
programme of support to progress NEET Young people and young adults into
sustainable employment, education or training including self-employment.
I have worked and
supported young people and adults within a multitude of roles since 2006. I am a
motivational dialogue practitioner: I’ve been hired within further education
establishments as a welfare/wellbeing adviser, student financial administrator,
enrichment officer, student and staff liaison officer. My previous roles included, being a Police
Crime and Anti-social behaviour officer and youth centre manager in east
London.
As a child, I always
wanted to be someone others could look up to and bring inspiration to their
lives.
Fun Fact. I’m an
independent music composer, graphic artist, producer, and musical artist.
